The stories of a family from a farm on the banks of the Urumea have prompted us to undertake this creative journey.
Their confessions have moved us, made us happy and angered us. But, above all, they have made us think.

Building yourself by building your house.
Our house, our second body.
Human chain work: covering the river, excavating the mountain, cutting the summit: railway, trucking, incinerator, airport... The house built has been demolished.
A painful process of awakening: learning the body, discovering pain... Building oneself by rebuilding the house.
Since 2011 the company from Gipuzkoa, besides working on its own productions, has collaborated with diverse artists in order to reflect on the past and present of Basque society and culture, and to be to be able to thereby offer different artistic proposals.

The Basque language and culture make up a foundation of the company identity. And while it works in numerous styles, it always tries to build bridges which unite new directions and its roots.
In 2015 it opened up a new work direction in which it also began to create street performances. And since then, it has taken part in different international festivals in the Basque Country like Kalealdia in Bilbao, Kaldearte in Vitoria-Gasteiz and Umore Azoka in Leioa. Tac in Valladolid and NunOff in Barcelona and also in festivals in France like Fest´Arts, Les Sarabandes and MusicAlaRue.
Haatik, also works beyond creation and exhibition through the HIK DANTZA project. A plan to train in, raise awareness of and disseminate dance which undertakes different activities with the aim of bringing dance closer to people and covering the needs of the sector in the performing arts.
